The Business of Excellence Roadmap serves as a tool for business leaders seeking to evaluate their organization's strengths, weaknesses, challenges to identify opportunities for improvement when responding to HIV/AIDS in the workplace. The roadmap outlines a path as to how an organization becomes a Business of Excellence or simple validates its current standing as one a Business of Excellence.
